My Womb had prolapsed

The first time I received the Mayan Womb massage from Nana Domingo, she dug her tiny hands deep into my lower abdomen.
“Está demasiado abajo.” She said.
It’s too far down.
She dug deeper.
“Está prolapsado hermana.” It’s prolapsed.
She dug her hands deep down and inside, until she found my womb. And then she began to push it back into the right place. I moaned, I groaned and I screamed. Tears running down my face but I kept allowing her to touch me. I knew it was necessary.
I felt it move within me, back towards my belly button. The energy felt like it was circulating again.
She wrapped my faja womb belt tightly around me and let my body settle.
I had one more massage in this way.
And then, at the end of our training, and after a year of not having a period.
I began my bleed.
I share this story not for attention. But to bring attention, to what so many women experience but have no awareness of how or why.
Nana Domingo said it is common now for women’s wombs to be out of place or prolapsed. Because there’s too much cold, there’s too much trying to be masculine, there’s not enough safety felt in that area of our body. We have stress; traumas, we don’t eat right. And our womb is not supported.
I am so greatful to this amazing ancient technology, that in some ways is so simple yet so profound. As women, it brings so much of our energetic life force. Yet we neglect it and focus on our outward appearance more than anything.

May we all feel balance and warmth in this area of our precious sacred vessels i am excited to weave these massages and the yoni steams into my dieta and retreat offerings as I really believe wholeheartedly in this technique and feel men (yes men can receive this too for their dantien power) and women so deserve this level of nourishment
