Bobinsana Dieta
Bobinsana is a Master Plant teacher dieted with in the Peruvian Amazon. A sweet plant who helps you move out of your head and into your heart space, she heals emotional and physical wounds including heartbreak, grief, arthritis, chronic pain, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression, blocked psychic abilities and past life trauma. She is one of my strongest teachers of self love, and of holding space for others through deep compassion and grace, without fear in your heart. Many Shipibo maestros prescribe her as one of the first plants to diet on a Shamanic Apprenticeship for this reason.
Bobinsana is regularly mixed in the Amazon with Ayahuasca brews for her stimulating and heart opening abilities. When taken alone she is not a psychedelic or psychoactive, although if you ingest her and then meditate with her Spirit some visions may emerge.
During the dieta, old wounds, triggers and blocked physical symptoms may arise. I hold a container of deep integrity for however this manifests, and I am available for support throughout. Auntie Bobinsana holds your hand and leads you into deeper healing and self love.
