A 2 week Online soft plant dieta by donation

If you have been looking to meet the beautiful Spirit of Mama Cacao in a deeper way using the process of Shamanic Plant Dieta, then this is the space for you 🌹🦅
Mama Cacao helps us to stay embodied and more present with our minds, especially in times of change.
She gives energy, loves moving through your body and voice and works well with practices such as Breathwork, ecstatic dance, singing and journaling. She also really shines when you gift yourself the time and space to work with her during a deep shamanic trance and journey, which I will be guiding the group through at certain points during this dieta.
There is the option to either do this journey as a strong plant dieta, or more of a softer immersion style, where you dont have to be as strict with the guidelines and simply want to connect with the Cacao Spirit each day in a group energy.

She is a potent heart opener, and community creator, so part of these magical two weeks will be connecting with the group and sharing your experiences on the Zoom calls and on the WhatsApp group, although there’s no pressure to do this.
I will open and close this diet with deep shamanic Cacao Ceremony's, and will sing her song into you all to open and close. We will then have the opportunity to meet each evening on Zoom at 7pm GMT to meditate with her spirit, microdose her and connect as a group. On the weekends we will do Cacao Ceremonies, singing, exploring and shamanic journeying. There will be guest facilitators holding Breathwork Ceremonies, talks about the history and science of Cacao and Somatic Movement Practices. I will be sharing Cacao Recipies, teaching Cacao Songs and different ways of connecting and praying with this medicine.

You are invited to create your own connection with her spirit during this time, especially in the mornings as she can be energising. This dieta is guided by myself, but you will each be in responsibility for your own diet or immersion practice, and connection with her Spirit during this time, and I will guide when necessary.

This is all about empowering you all to learn how to connect with all plant teachers on a deeper level and creating a open conversation and connection. Nowadays, so many of us are working with Cacao on a frequent basis. Cacao Ceremonies are offered at spiritual events and dances, but this healing plant can take you into very deep and magical places when treated with right relationship and respect.

If you feel a connection to my energy, and being held by a strong, yet soft and loving feminine container, with my many years of experience of connecting with Cacao, I would be honoured to hold this space for you.
We will be working with the ancient technology of plant dieta. This is a retreat process where we strip back things in our daily lives to create space and higher levels of sensitivity to receive and hear the messages and healing frequencies that a plant carry’s. I usually recommend you refrain from social media, sex, tv, salt, sugar, oil, spice, red meat and pork during this time.

With this particular dieta, I am also welcoming the invitation for those who cant commit to the restrictions to still join us, in more of an immersion style.

You metaphorically become “like a plant” so that the spirit can comfortably grow within your body. A dieta, just like any deep self work or retreat, can bring up repressed trauma, stuck emotions of physical symptoms. Please make sure you are in a place where you can support yourself or ask for support if you need.
Please note that this dieta is not a licence to hold Cacao Ceremonies for other people and I can’t take responsibility for this. I personally dieted cacao for a year before she came to me and blessed me then gave me permission to hold space with her. I also have undergone some Cacao training and lots of personal study and a consistent practice with her over the past 7 years.

Ceremonial Cacao - please note this is different from Cacao powder or Cocoa. Ceremonial Cacao has been harvested and processed in a natural and ceremonial way, without being roasted or heated. The processing is minimal which keeps the energy of the Cacao Spirit as clean and clear as possible.

For the 14 day dieta I recommend taking 30g per day and then having a 1-2g dose under the tongue each evening to connect with in our evening meditations. You will need a 450g bag of Ceremonial Cacao and its ideal if we are all using the same one to connect with similar energies. Two Ceremonial Cacaos I highly recommend due to their ethical practices and divine energy are -

If you have your own Ceremonial Cacao you already work with then please feel free to use what you have, just make sure it is Raw Ceremonial Cacao and ethically sourced as that really changes the energy of what you are consuming.
